* Processing time: Approx. 3-5 business days on most items
* FOR LARGE FURNITURE ITEMS, processing & delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on our freight carriers availability and the distance that needs to be traveled. We will do our best to get your item shipped asap. You will receive an email shortly after purchase regarding the best delivery options.
* FREE pick up is available out of our studio in Hoffman Estates, IL. Check "studio pick up" at checkout.
* Illinois residents must pay sales tax on all orders.
* Other items such as customs duty charge and other fees and taxes may apply for international addresses as well as for those located in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Once item is sent and shipping confirmed, JENNY HISER LLC will not be held responsible if item is declared delivered and not received. We will do everything we can to assist in filing a claim for lost or damaged items, but ultimately reimbursement is at the discretion of the shipping company and the insurance policies they have set forth. Item and shipping cost will not be reimbursed until claim has been submitted and shipping company has approved the claim and issued reimbursement to JENNY HISER LLC. FURNITURE PIECES
Jenny Hiser's product line includes, but is not limited to, furniture, room decor, and other accessories. Most furniture items are pieces that have been hand selected from various flea markets, thrift stores, and other sources over time. We take the time to find good quality pieces with interesting silhouettes and cool details. That said, please understand that our pieces are not new, and are not "perfect". They're unique, have history, and are one-of-a-kind.

Once found, each item is deep cleaned and then if necessary, minor repairs are made. After the piece has been prepped, it is then primed and ready to go! Pieces are hand-painted, featuring hand-drawn detail, and sometimes incorporate various mixed media elements as well. Our prices not only reflect the overall value of the particular item but also the time, detail, material, and supplies that went into creating it.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All pieces are hand painted and require special care. To dust, it is recommended to use microfiber cloths or Swiffer cloths. In the event that something spills on the piece, gently clean it with a mild soap and water. Avoid all contact with furniture polish, abrasive cleaners, sprays, excessive water, alcohol, and anything acidic. If purchasing a furniture item, always use coasters to avoid heat rings or stains from glasses.
SAFETY POLICY
All large pieces of furniture come with a safety strap to secure the item to your wall. Please make sure to use this strap in order to avoid possible injury. JENNY HISER LLC is not responsible for any injury or damages related to the use of the product once it has left our production facility.
DELIVERY OF FURNITURE & OTHER LARGE ITEMS
NOTE: Please make sure to check the measurements of the furniture you are ordering. Please consider doorway width and height within home in order to guarantee item will fit. You are entirely responsible for making sure that the item's dimensions allow for easy delivery and fit into your living space.

You are responsible for making yourself available to receive and inspect the product from the carrier at the time of delivery. You will be responsible to sign the Bill of Lading and at that moment note any damage. If Bill of Lading is signed without any notes of damage, it will be assumed that piece arrived in good condition and void all rights to claims and insurance.
You also represent that the delivery address provided by you is accessible to commercial trucking and delivery companies. JENNY HISER LLC assumes no responsibility of liability to damage of the product or personal injury to someone or any other issue that may arise due to getting the product from delivery to inside the space.

*JENNY HISER LLC assumes no responsibility for the item once it leaves our facility. However, in the rare instance that the item is lost or arrives damaged, we will assist in filing an insurance claim per our instructions below. See more under "Damage".
DAMAGE
All product being shipped and delivered include insurance. This is typically an extra charge that has been factored into the shipping estimate.
Please inspect product immediately upon receipt. In case of damaged or lost items please report the damage or missing item directly to the shipper. For larger items, you can report damage via the Bill of Lading that you will be provided with upon delivery. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to take clear photos of any damage, and contact info@jennyhiser.com immediately.

If there is delivery damage of any kind, you have the right to refuse delivery. However, you must make sure the driver notes the damage and you must take photos of damage. You have the option of having the driver note the damage and ACCEPT the piece, or REJECT the damaged item and have the driver note the damage. YOU THE CUSTOMER, will be responsible for making yourself available for taking the delivery and inspecting the product at time of delivery. If you authorize the product to be delivered in your absence or without inspection, you automatically represent the product is received in good condition and void all rights to returns, claims, and insurance.

JENNY HISER LLC does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items. In the rare instance that the package is lost or damaged, customer must fully cooperate with JENNY HISER LLC to file insurance claim. Customer is required to submit digital photos of damaged material that should be clearly visible to substantiate the claim immediately upon receiving the shipment. JENNY HISER LLC will file all claims. Item will not be reimbursed until claim has been submitted and shipping company has approved the claim and issued reimbursement to JENNY HISER LLC. By purchasing from JENNY HISER LLC you are agreeing to the terms of our company policies.
